Duties Safely operate a variety of delivery vehicles including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles to transport orders across designated routes Load and unload deliveries with proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury and ensure product integrity Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) rules, and company safety policies during all driving activities Navigate routes efficiently using mobile devices or GPS systems to optimize delivery times and maintain schedule commitments Provide excellent customer service by delivering orders promptly, answering questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records in compliance with company standards Perform routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance tasks to ensure safe operation throughout shifts Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving material handling equipment operation Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles such as box trucks or vans; ability to operate manual handling equipment like pallet jacks is a plus Strong knowledge of safe lifting practices for heavy or bulky items; capable of manual handling in moving products efficiently Experience adhering to traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, and weight handling protocols in the workplace Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during deliveries Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation and delivery documentation accurately Physical stamina for heavy lifting, moving items, and prolonged periods of standing or walking during shifts Join us in delivering not just pizza but an outstanding experience!
