Day Shift Position Overview Lynx Columbus is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for clients traveling to medical appointments, rehabilitation services, senior programs, and other approved destinations. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, has excellent customer-service skills, and understands the importance of punctuality, safety, and treating every passenger with dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from scheduled appointments and destinations. Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable transportation environment. Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining punctuality. Communicate professionally with clients, families, healthcare facilities, and dispatch. Complete required trip documentation accurately. Perform basic vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance concerns. Follow all company policies, transportation regulations, and safety procedures. Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
