Job Description
We are looking for an experienced CDL/A truck driver to serve our distribution warehouse logistics department in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities Transport finished goods and raw materials to and from customer and vendor locations Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Collect and verify delivery instructions Report defects, accidents or violations Skills Proven work experience as a truck driver Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations Valid CDL Class A truck driving license Information CDL/A Flatbed 48ft local deliveries Home every night Company vehicle No smoking policy
