CDL-A Local Truck Driver — Hybrid Semi/Box Truck Position Wapakoneta, Ohio | Full-Time | Home Nightly About Us We're a manufacturer of HVAC ductwork serving customers typically within a 100-mile radius of our Wapakoneta, Ohio facility. Our drivers are more than drivers — they're emissaries for our business, and we treat the role that way. What You'll Do Operate a semi-tractor (manual transmission) or box truck (automatic) as needed for daily local routes Assist with inventory counts and verify shipment type and quantity before departure Load items weighing up to 75 lbs onto the truck Aid in unloading at customer delivery locations as necessary Maintain paper driver logs Perform vehicle inspections Schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs as required Schedule & Home Life Typical hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday Local routes only — home every night Flexibility required for occasional mid-morning or late-afternoon deliveries Who We're Looking For Valid CDL-A license (manual transmission proficiency required) Comfortable driving both manual semis and automatic box trucks Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs A calm problem solver who enjoys working with people and brings a strong work ethic Why Work With Us We're a union shop with a crew that genuinely gets along.
