Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Non-Emergent Medical Transport (NEMT) Drivers. In this role, you will provide safe and timely transportation for patients to and from medical appointments, dialysis centers, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. Our drivers play a vital role in ensuring each passenger's comfort, dignity, and care throughout their trip Key Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to transport patients to and from scheduled appointments. Provide professional and courteous assistance to all passengers, including those with mobility challenges. Secure passengers safely Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and basic upkeep (oil, tires, fluids). Paid for by QTS Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times. Communicate effectively with dispatch and report any delays, issues, or incidents promptly. Complete trip logs, mileage reports, and daily vehicle inspections. Treat all passengers with empathy, respect, and confidentiality. Qualifications Must be at least 26 years of age. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass a background check, drug screening, and driving evaluation. Previous experience in transportation, healthcare, or customer service preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct.
