Job Description

Assured Ride LLC is seeking dependable and compassionate Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Drivers to safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, rehabilitation centers, dialysis treatments, hospitals, and other healthcare related destinations. Drivers play an important role in providing reliable and respectful transportation services while ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and professionalism at all times. Responsibilities Safely transport passengers to scheduled medical appointments and facilities Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when needed Operate wheelchair accessible vehicles and mobility equipment safely Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation Follow all company safety policies and traffic regulations Communicate professionally with clients, dispatchers, and healthcare staff Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs CPR or First Aid certification preferred but not required Experience in medical transportation, caregiving, or customer service is a plus
