The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities while ensuring their comfort and safety during transit. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of emergency protocols, and the ability to communicate effectively with medical personnel and patients. Responsibilities Operate the ambulance in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Transport patients to medical facilities, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey. Assist medical staff in loading and unloading patients from the ambulance. Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the ambulance, including routine inspections of equipment. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, medical personnel, and other team members regarding patient status and transport needs. Document all relevant information related to patient transport, including times, locations, and any incidents that occur during transit. Qualifications Previous experience in driving roles such as delivery driver, shuttle driver, or bus driving is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations while maintaining composure. Experience with route driving. No CDL required
