This is not a driving-only position. The employee will be responsible for picking up and delivering materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to job sites and customer locations. The position also requires loading and unloading trucks, assisting in the warehouse, shop, or field when deliveries are completed, and helping with general warehouse duties. This includes keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed. This position requires someone who is safety-conscious, reliable, physically capable of handling materials and equipment, and willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks and delivery vehicles. Pick up and deliver materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. Load and unload company vehicles. Properly secure materials and equipment before transporting. Verify pickup and delivery orders for accuracy. Make deliveries to job sites and customer locations in a safe and timely manner. Lift, carry, and move heavy or bulky materials and equipment. Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving materials in the warehouse. Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after use. Report any vehicle damage, accidents, mechanical issues, or safety concerns immediately. Keep company vehicles and work areas clean and organized. Follow traffic laws, company safety policies, and job-site requirements. Assist warehouse, shop, and field personnel as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license required. Clean driving record required. No recent at-fault accidents or serious driving violations. Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible. Must be comfortable driving company trucks throughout El Paso and surrounding areas. Must be able to read addresses, follow GPS directions, and communicate effectively. Must be able to regularly lift, carry, load, and unload materials and equipment. Must be able to bend, climb, push, pull, and remain on your feet for extended periods. Must be willing to work in a warehouse, shop, job-site, and outdoor environment as needed. Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work when required. Must maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers and representing the company. Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, or material-handling experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred. CDL is a plus but not required. Schedule Full-time position. Work hours may vary depending on delivery schedules and job-site needs. Applicants must have some flexibility to work overtime, early mornings, evenings, or weekends when needed. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to help wherever needed. Please understand that this position involves more than making deliveries. Regular duties include loading and unloading trucks, moving materials and equipment, warehouse work, and assisting other departments when needed.
Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
