$18.00 - $25.00 per hour plus Tips The Professional Lead Mover/Driver is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on their assigned truck while also ensuring they are operating according to company guidelines, policies and procedures. Responsible for scheduling team members that are tasked with assisting the lead mover/driver on all assigned moves. Responsible for ensuring that their assigned truck is pre-tripped, fully stocked with all necessary equipment needed to complete moves and is in proper working order according to company policy and completes all documentation. Responsible for safely driving and operating a 26ft box truck (must have clean driving record, valid drivers license and DOT medical card). Responsible for communicating with customers in regards to details pertaining to their move. Responsible for being certain all customer paperwork is signed. Responsible for being certain each move is billed for entirely according to company policy. Responsible for being certain each move is served professionally with zero damage. Padding & wrapping is required on every move. Daily tasks will require strong management and communication skills. Candidates must be able to make game time decisions and effectively communicate with the sales, admin and management team. Candidate must be willing to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Candidate must be able to lift and carry furniture (weighing up to 75 lbs or more). Candidate must be 21+ years old with no more than 2 minor traffic violations in the past 3 years. Candidate preferably lives within 30 minutes of Fort Worth, TX (
