CDL Class A Driver / Warehouse Chemical Blender Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A Driver / Warehouse Chemical Blender to join our operations team. This position combines commercial driving, hazardous-material transportation, warehouse operations, raw-material handling, chemical blending, inventory management, and customer deliveries. The successful candidate will safely transport and deliver products to onsite customer locations while also assisting with the receiving, weighing, handling, mixing, loading, and unloading of raw materials and finished products. The position requires strict adherence to DOT regulations, company safety procedures, hazardous-material handling requirements, and established blending procedures. Key Responsibilities CDL Class A Driver / Delivery Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all applicable DOT, federal, state, and company regulations. Deliver products and materials to onsite customer locations in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Properly load, secure, transport, and unload shipping materials and products. Handle and transport hazardous materials in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate delivery records, shipping documents, and other required transportation paperwork. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and other personnel. Report any vehicle, equipment, product, or safety issues to management promptly.
Warehouse / Chemical
Blending Responsibilities Receive, inspect, identify, and properly store incoming raw materials. Safely load, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished products. Accurately verify raw-material weights before and during the blending process. Perform chemical blending and mixing procedures according to established formulas, specifications, and operating procedures. Measure and add raw materials accurately to ensure proper product formulation. Operate blending, mixing, material-handling, and related warehouse equipment as trained. Monitor blending operations and identify discrepancies, spills, equipment issues, or other safety concerns. Maintain proper labeling and identification of raw materials, blended products, and shipping materials. Follow all required procedures for the safe handling, storage, and transportation of chemicals and hazardous materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and blending area. Properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Inventory & Documentation Complete all required daily, weekly, and monthly documentation related to physical inventory management. Maintain accurate records of raw materials received, used, blended, transferred, and shipped. Verify material weights and quantities against shipping, receiving, and production documentation. Assist with routine physical inventory counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate batch, blending, delivery, and material-use records. Immediately report inventory discrepancies or documentation errors to management. Required Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license . Valid Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement . Valid Tank Vehicle endorsement . Must meet applicable DOT qualification and compliance requirements. Must successfully pass required DOT drug and alcohol screening . Must successfully pass a background check . Ability to safely handle, load, unload, and transport hazardous materials. Ability to accurately measure and weigh raw materials. Ability to follow written formulas, blending procedures, safety instructions, and operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to complete required paperwork and inventory documentation. Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Experience Previous experience as a CDL Class A driver transporting hazardous materials. Tanker driving experience. Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing, blending, warehouse, or industrial environment. Experience handling hazardous chemicals or raw materials. Experience with chemical blending, batching, or mixing procedures. Experience with inventory control and material management. Familiarity with DOT and hazardous-material regulations. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to safely load, unload, move, and handle raw materials and finished products. Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position. Ability to work in a warehouse, chemical blending, industrial, and customer-site environment. Ability to wear required PPE, including appropriate protective equipment for chemical-handling operations. Ability to work safely around chemicals, industrial equipment, vehicles, and material-handling equipment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to maintain a high level of safety awareness at all times. This individual should be comfortable working with hazardous materials, following precise mixing procedures, maintaining accurate inventory records, and interacting professionally with customers and coworkers.
