Part-Time:

a position working 30+ hours per week. The Event Work / Delivery Crew 1 position primarily assists in the setup and breakdown of events such as weddings, parties, exhibitions, corporate events, etc. during peak event seasons to help create a world-class experience for guests. Duties include but are not limited to tent installation, equipment delivery and setup, loading and unloading trucks, warehouse maintenance, and exhibition setup/strike/maintenance. Position may also assist the Support Services team in tasks involving Estate maintenance, furniture moving, and sign installation, and will provide general assistance and support to the department, leadership, and the company as required.

Essential Job Duties:

Receive rentals back from customers for cleaning and restocking. Warehouse and venue maintenance such as organization, top cleaning and repairs. Loading and unloading trucks. Equipment setup and delivery such as linens, tables, chairs, stage, tents etc. Event venue Prep cleaning, Installation/Strike/Maintenance such as tables and chairs, linens also groundskeeping the property mow grass etc. Take direction from Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, and support services staff. Drives truck to deliver rental items to customer's home or place of business Collects delivery signatures from customers, records quantities delivered including refused equipment on contract paperwork. Notifies supervisor of any problems at customer site including missing or damaged equipment and damage to the customer's property. Instructs customers on the correct usage of rental equipment. Sets up or tears down rental goods when service is ordered by the customer.

Requirements:

1. Previous event set-up/break-down and/or equipment experience preferred. Basic math skills a plus. 2. Demonstrated commitment to delivery of world class internal/external guest service. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to take direction/receive instruction as part of guest service team. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills; keen attention to detail with focus on quality and service. 5. Takes initiative, exercises good judgment; can prioritize work and adapt as needed. 6. Ability to work in a reliable and responsible manner 7. Valid driver's license required No CDL required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 + lbs on regular basis. 2. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. 3. Must be able to deal with outside elements such as wind, rain, snow, and heat. Pay Range $35,000.00 Annually to $45,000.00 Annually + Tips 1099
