Job description: Job Overview We are seeking dependable drivers to safely transport patients and clients to and from hospitals, assisted living facilities, dialysis centers, rehabilitation centers, medical offices, and private homes. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to client safety and comfort. Requirements Must follow all company policies, procedures, and training guidelines. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must hold a valid driver's license and provide a current DMV driving record. Must have a clean driving history with no moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years. Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Must clear a mandatory criminal background check. Must complete required pre-employment training. Duties & Responsibilities Safely transport patients and clients using company vehicles. Maintain clear communication with dispatch regarding schedules and updates. Present a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients, visitors, and team members. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and keep assigned vehicles clean. Assist clients as needed to ensure safe and secure transfers. Be able to read, understand, and follow instructions in English (written and verbal). Accurately fill out activity logs, reports, and required documentation. Operate GPS systems, smartphones, and other necessary equipment. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. Be physically able to climb stairs, secure clients for transport, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate wheelchair-bound clients over various surfaces, including uneven terrain. Job Type Full-time
