Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and goods while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism. Whether you have experience in paratransit, bus driving, or delivery services, we welcome your application. Responsibilities Safely transport clients to medical appointments, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, dialysis facilities, and other approved destinations Provide respectful and compassionate assistance to elderly individuals and passengers with mobility needs Operate company vehicles safely and follow all transportation procedures Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when needed Secure wheelchairs and mobility equipment properly Maintain accurate trip documentation and communicate with dispatch Keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized, and ready for service Arrive on time and remain dependable throughout the scheduled workday Train and support new drivers after gaining experience Take on additional operational or leadership responsibilities as the company grows Qualifications Valid driver's license Clean and safe driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to pass a drug screening Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and customer-service skills Patient and respectful when working with elderly passengers and individuals with disabilities Comfortable assisting passengers and handling mobility equipment
