Job Description
Overview We are seeking energetic and dependable Technicians and Drivers to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks and drivers to deliver goods to customers and clients across designated routes Load and unload trailers using equipment such as manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining excellent customer service standards Assist with warehouse tasks including inventory management, moving items, and organizing storage areas Provide courteous assistance to customers during deliveries, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and adhere to all safety regulations during transportation activities Support in maintaining accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and safety records Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving or courier roles with a focus on route driving and customer service excellence Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual Warehouse Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards for box trucks and drivers Ability to perform physical tasks involving moving heavy items and performing manual labor as needed Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or routes; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in logistics!
