Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Hot Tub Delivery Person to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting hot tubs and related equipment to customer locations, ensuring timely and damage-free deliveries. Duties:

Load, transport, and deliver hot tubs to customer locations in a timely and safe manner. Inspect products for damage before and after delivery; document any issues. Safely maneuver and position hot tubs using dolly systems, ramps, and other approved equipment. Unload and stage hot tubs, accessories, and components at delivery sites. Assist with on-site setup, basic installation tasks, and instructed customers on startup of hot tubs as directed. Ensure delivery route optimization and adherence to schedules. Communicate with customers about delivery windows, procedures, and safety guidelines. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance. Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations. Report any incidents, damages, or safety concerns immediately to supervision. Provide exceptional customer service and address simple questions about product usage. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on safe driving practices in commercial truck or van settings Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus Ability to handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely in accordance with workplace weight handling standards Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety protocols related to commercial driving and load securement Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or similar devices is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow routes accurately using mobile devices or GPS systems Excellent customer service skills with professional communication abilities Join us as a Hot Tub Delivery Person and become an essential part of delivering joy directly into our customers' homes!
