This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of commercial vehicles, including buses, shuttles, and suv's , while providing exceptional customer service to passengers and clients alike. Your expertise in driving and adherence to safety protocols will help keep our community moving smoothly and confidently. We are committed to fostering a positive work environment that values safety, professionalism, and teamwork. Full-time and Part-time positions available. Duties Safely transport passengers in company vehicles. Provide courteous, professional customer service. Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle. Properly secure wheelchairs and other mobility devices (training provided). Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Operate tablets and onboard technology to receive trips and communicate with dispatch. Follow all company safety policies and STA operating procedures. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles such as buses or shuttles preferred. Must be at least 25 years old. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, fleet GPS tracking tools, and mobile communication devices for route management and safety monitoring. Knowledge of traffic regulations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of passengers or clients. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to safely assist passengers with mobility needs. No CDL required. Wheelchair securement experience is a plus, but we will provide training.
