We are actively looking for a Warehouse/ Route Driver/Service Floater to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the drive and passion to succeed, come join our winning Team! This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. No nights, no weekends. What you'll be doing -
The Role:
Warehouse Duties:
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
Route Driver Duties:
Serves as backup to our Route Drivers Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up products or equipment. Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Load and unload goods, verifying the accuracy of delivery contents. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues as needed. Want to see what the job is really like? Service Technician Duties:
Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery. Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits. Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up. Want to see what the job is really like? General Support:
Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members. Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers and customer service teams to coordinate tasks. Assist in special projects, such as equipment setup or warehouse reorganizations. Requirements:
What you'll bring -
The Person:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License for at least 2 years Past driving experience preferred Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 75 pounds
