Job Description
Job Summary Sunrise Transportation is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional drivers to safely transport clients to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations. Our drivers play an important role in providing reliable, courteous, and safe transportation while treating every passenger with dignity and respect. Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to scheduled appointments and destinations.
- Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
- Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices according to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicle.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Arrive on time and follow assigned schedules.
- Complete required trip documentation accurately.
- Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service at all times.
- Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations. Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 23 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have a clean driving record with a good driving history.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and any required random drug tests.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull mobility equipment as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and treat all clients with respect. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (training may be provided).
Pay:
