Job Description

Midway Transit is a Non-emergency Medical Transportation(NEMT) provider in the state of Wisconsin. We have more than 10 years of experience and complete 650+ trips every day.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking to add full-time NEMT sub-contractors to our team. You will transport members from their homes to their appointments using a personal vehicle. You will mainly perform curb-to-curb and door-to-door trips. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for personal work expenses such as providing your own vehicle, gas, vehicle maintenance, repairs, and safety equipment. Compensation is paid by the mile from the members' pick-up address to their drop-off address. We recommend nothing larger than a four-door sedan and cannot be a two-door or a two-seater vehicle.
REQUIREMENTS
Wisconsin drivers license 23 years of age or older Clean background Clean driving record (less than two traffic violations within the past year, and less than one vehicle accident within the past two years.)
