Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver Richwood Transport - 4.2 Racine, WI Job Details Part-time | Full-time $100 - $200 a day 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Route driving Driver's License GPS navigation Mobile devices Full Job Description You take people to medical appointments in Racine & Kenosha using your car. The trips are assigned. You do not go looking for riders. Most of the work follows clinic hours, mostly weekdays. Afternoon appointments are normal. Weekend trips come up sometimes if you want them and we have them. No nights. No CDL. Richwood and Aryv are contracted providers for Wisconsin's Medicaid NEMT program. The work is assigned medical transportation, so the volume is steady instead of something you have to chase. A lot of the week is standing appointments. Routes and riders repeat. How pay works Paid per trip plus mileage Deposited every Friday If two riders are headed the same way, you take them together and get paid for both A Wisconsin State Lead assigns your trips and is who you call. Dispatch is staffed if something comes up on the road. Your day Confirm your trips the night before Pick riders up at home, get them to the appointment, and take them back when they are done Log your trips in the app. We walk you through it The people you drive cannot get themselves to care on their own. Many are older adults or living with a disability. Being easy to ride with matters as much as the driving. What you need 21 or older 4-door vehicle, 2010 or newer, in good condition Wisconsin license held at least 2 years, clean record Pass a background check and drug test Smartphone After you apply, you'll get a text from us.
