Job Summary Avanza Transports is seeking a professional Chauffeur with a CDL Passenger Endorsement to join our team and support our mission of delivering safe, calm, and exceptional transportation experiences. This role is responsible for operating luxury vehicles with the highest level of care, ensuring passenger safety, and providing a warm, hospitable, and reliable service. As a key representative of Avanza, you will uphold our standards of professionalism, compassion, and excellence while transporting passengers throughout Southwest Florida. Duties Safely operate luxury vehicles—including shuttles, limousines, and other passenger transport units—while strictly adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Navigate efficiently using GPS and approved navigation software to ensure timely arrivals and smooth route execution. Assist passengers with baggage, boarding, and disembarking, always prioritizing comfort, dignity, and safety. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging courteously, communicating clearly, and anticipating passenger needs throughout each trip. Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any mechanical concerns promptly to ensure vehicles remain in top condition. Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards to uphold Avanza's commitment to excellence. Maintain accurate trip logs, route details, and incident reports as required. Qualifications Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle operations, limousine service, or bus driving. Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and navigation systems/software. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with passengers.
