Bonus based on performance Opportunity for advancement Speedie Recovery of South Florida is hiring a dependable, motivated Repossession Agent to cover Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, North Port, and surrounding areas. This is a commission-based position. Night and overnight availability is required.

Responsibilities:

Locate and safely recover assigned vehicles Respond promptly to LPR camera hits and active assignments Operate a self-loader/wheel-lift recovery truck Properly document recoveries using RC Mobile Complete condition reports and take clear photographs Maintain communication with dispatch and management Follow all company policies and Florida repossession laws Treat debtors, law enforcement, clients, and coworkers professionally Keep the assigned recovery truck clean and properly maintained

Requirements:

Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record Valid Florida Class E Recovery Agent License preferred Previous repossession or towing experience strongly preferred Must pass a background check and drug screening Must be dependable and able to work independently Must be comfortable working nights, weekends, and overnight hours Must respond quickly when vehicles are located Professional attitude and strong communication skills Ability to use a smartphone, GPS, and mobile recovery applications We are looking for someone who understands that reliability, communication, and fast response times are essential. Applicants who frequently miss shifts, ignore assignments, or cannot work nights should not apply.
