Job Description
Transportation Agent Job Summary Midwest Special Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Transportation Drivers to safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, treatment facilities, counseling sessions, and community-based services throughout Missouri. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to ensuring clients arrive safely and on time. Responsibilities Safely transport clients to scheduled appointments and services Maintain a respectful, supportive, and professional environment for all passengers Follow designated routes and schedules while ensuring timely arrivals Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and required documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare providers, and management Follow all company policies, Missouri transportation regulations, and HIPAA confidentiality requirements Keep company vehicles clean, and properly maintained Women, retirees, and veterans are encouraged to apply Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Valid Missouri Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening High School Diploma or GED preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to drive long periods of time Ability to have a flexible schedule throughout the day Benefits Flexible scheduling options Part time and Full time work available
