Position Overview:

We are currently hiring experienced Motorcoach Chauffeurs with a valid Class A or B CDL and passenger endorsement . Candidates must have prior experience operating vehicles such as MCI, Van Hool, and Prevost motorcoaches. This role requires open availability , including nights, weekends, and the flexibility to be on-call for last-minute bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate large motorcoaches for group transportation, charters, and events Provide an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and courtesy Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness before and after each trip Navigate efficiently through Charlotte and surrounding counties , using local knowledge and GPS Communicate clearly with dispatch, clients, and trip coordinators Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations

Requirements:

Must reside within 20 miles of Charlotte city limits Hold a valid Class A or B CDL with passenger (P) endorsement Have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Previous experience driving motorcoaches such as MCI, Van Hool, or Prevost models required Must be available to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts Familiarity with Charlotte and surrounding counties is essential Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check Strong communication skills and a polished, professional appearance
