About the Role This position involves hands-on moving support including preparing items for transport, safely handling furniture and boxes, and assisting customers throughout the moving process. Team members work together to complete local moves efficiently and professionally. Candidates with experience operating larger vehicles may also qualify for driving opportunities.

Daily Responsibilities:

Assist with packing and preparing items for transport Lift, carry, and move furniture, appliances, and other belongings Load and unload moving trucks carefully and efficiently Use protective materials to help prevent damage during moves Maintain a professional attitude with customers and teammates Help keep equipment, supplies, and trucks organized and clean Operate company vehicles if approved for driver duties Preferred Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Comfortable with physically demanding work Ability to work well in a team environment Customer-friendly attitude and communication skills Previous moving, warehouse, delivery, or labor experience is helpful but not required Experience driving box trucks or stick shift vehicles is a bonus What We Offer Flexible scheduling options Opportunities for advancement into leadership or driver positions Supportive team environment Steady hands-on work with growth potential
