Mover / Moving Laborer Áutokraftes Moving & Hauling is looking for dependable, hardworking movers to join our growing team. We provide professional moving and hauling services throughout Central Arkansas, including apartment, residential, storage, U-Haul, POD, U-Box, and specialty moves. We are looking for people who want consistent work, take pride in doing the job correctly, and understand the importance of following the job plan established by management. Position Responsibilities Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and household items Protect customer property, walls, floors, doors, and furniture Follow instructions from the Lead Mover and management Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety Assist with loading and unloading trucks, trailers, containers, U-Hauls, PODs, and U-Boxes Assemble and disassemble furniture when needed Communicate professionally with customers Maintain a clean and professional work environment Arrive on time and ready to work Work as part of a team without unnecessary conflict or distractions Follow company procedures regarding customer service, job duties, and compensation

What We Are Looking For Required:

Reliable transportation to and from job locations Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture safely Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Ability to work in heat and changing weather conditions Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional attitude Ability to follow instructions Respect for customers, coworkers, and management Ability to work weekends when scheduled

Preferred:

Previous moving, warehouse, delivery, construction, or physical labor experience Experience handling furniture and appliances Experience with U-Haul, POD, U-Box, or residential moves Basic furniture assembly experience Experience is preferred, but reliability, attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more than having a perfect resume.

Compensation Starting pay:

$18-$20 per hour , depending on experience and demonstrated ability. Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on the position, job responsibilities, and company structure. Compensation for each job will be established by management before the job begins. Employees are expected to understand and accept the agreed-upon compensation before accepting the assignment.
