The position may include driving company box trucks to transport and pick up materials to and from specified destinations. The driver is expected to deliver staging materials safely and on time while preventing damage to furniture, property, and vehicles. Responsibilities Load, unload, move, and organize furniture within the warehouse and at job sites. Handle furniture, artwork, décor, and staging materials with white glove care. Prepare furniture for transport using moving blankets, shrink wrap, and other protective materials. Safely stack and arrange furniture inside trucks and vans to maximize space utilization. Properly secure furniture using straps and tie-downs to prevent movement or damage during transport. Safely transport and deliver staging materials to residential properties in a timely manner. Carefully move furniture through doorways, hallways, stairs, and other tight spaces while protecting the client's property. Assist with furniture placement and installation according to the stylist's direction. Maintain a clean and professional appearance when working at client properties. Inspect furniture before and after transport and report any damage or issues immediately. Inspect vehicles and ensure they are clean and properly maintained. Assist with inventory organization and warehouse maintenance. Follow company safety procedures and proper lifting techniques. Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with clients, realtors, designers, and team members. Follow all company procedures for protecting furniture, staging materials, vehicles, and client properties. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous experience in furniture moving, warehousing, logistics, delivery, or moving services preferred. Valid driver's license required. Excellent driving record; must provide DMV printout. No major violations, accidents, or DUI history. Ability to lift 60+ lbs and carry heavy furniture throughout the workday. Ability to safely maneuver large and heavy furniture. Knowledge of proper furniture loading, stacking, and securing methods preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to white glove handling and protecting customer property. Professional, reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
