Home Stager Assistant (DriverMover)

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Home Stager Assistant (Driver/Mover), where your energy and enthusiasm will help transform spaces and create stunning home environments. This role combines hands-on moving, loading, and unloading with driving responsibilities, supporting our home staging projects from start to finish. You'll be a vital part of delivering exceptional service, ensuring timely setup and teardown of staged homes, and providing excellent customer interactions along the way. Responsibilities Safely load and unload furniture, decor, and staging materials using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies or 4 wheelers Drive commercial vehicles, including box trucks with manual transmissions, to transport staging items to and from client locations Assist with moving furniture and accessories into homes or staging sites, ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage Load and organize materials efficiently for delivery routes, optimizing space and ensuring secure transportation Support the setup and breakdown of staged spaces by arranging furniture and decor according to project specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and storage areas to ensure safety and readiness for daily tasks Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors to coordinate schedules and confirm delivery or pickup times Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or warehouse environments preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving or courier services is a plus Ability to operate box trucks with manual transmissions confidently Experience with heavy lifting, moving furniture, or handling large items safely Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous but not required; training can be provided Strong physical stamina to stand, lift, carry, and move items throughout the day Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude focused on delivering outstanding service This role offers an energetic environment where your proactive approach makes a real difference in transforming homes.
