Move Management & Home Organization Specialist Move Pro Experts is a growing move management and home organization company serving Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee and Wildomar. We help seniors, families, and busy professionals manage moves, downsizing, organizing, and home transitions from start to finish. We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team. Someone who is dependable, organized, energetic, compassionate, and genuinely takes pride in providing excellent service. This is a part-time position with a flexible, project-based schedule. Hours will vary depending on client needs. As Move Pro Experts grows, there will be opportunities for increased hours, responsibility, and advancement into a lead role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Help clients sort, organize, and downsize their belongings Provide patient and compassionate support to older adults downsizing from longtime homes Carefully pack and unpack household belongings Set up and organize kitchens, closets, bedrooms, and other areas of the new home Help clients decide what to keep, donate, sell, store, or dispose of Prepare and organize items for donation, sale, storage, or disposal Help clients settle comfortably into their new homes Keep projects clean, organized, and moving efficiently Work directly with clients and their families in their homes Assist with other move management and home organization projects as needed

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS

Extremely reliable and punctual Friendly, patient, professional, and trustworthy Organized and detail-oriented Able to work efficiently while still providing exceptional client service Compassionate and comfortable working with older adults Comfortable working with families and busy professionals Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and performing normal packing and organizing tasks Respectful of client privacy and confidentiality Available for a flexible, project-based schedule Has reliable transportation Experience in professional organizing, senior relocation, senior living, move management, packing/unpacking, downsizing, estate cleanouts, home staging, or a related field is a plus. Experience is valuable, but character, reliability, work ethic, and attitude are extremely important to us. This is NOT a traditional moving position. Move Pro Experts coordinates the moving process, while professional moving companies handle the physical move and moving trucks.
