In this energetic role, you will handle the safe and efficient moving, packing, loading, and unloading of goods, ensuring every item reaches its destination securely. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help streamline operations and customer service. Responsibilities Safely load, unload, carry, and transport household and commercial items. Properly pack, wrap, pad, protect, and secure furniture and belongings. Safely operate moving equipment, including dollies, hand trucks, straps, ramps, and moving blankets. Assist with furniture disassembly and reassembly when needed. Protect walls, floors, doorways, and other property during the moving process. Follow instructions from the crew leader and communicate effectively with team members and customers. Handle customer belongings with care, professionalism, and respect. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at job sites and inside company vehicles. Assist with loading trucks efficiently and strategically to maximize space and prevent damage. Perform junk removal and hauling services as assigned. Arrive on time, prepared, and properly dressed for physically demanding work. Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service. Report any damage, safety concerns, or unusual circumstances to management immediately. Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards. Perform additional duties as needed to ensure each job is completed efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
