Job Description
Home Staging Mover / Driver & Installer $24-$26/hour | 25-40 hours per week | Monday-Friday | No weekends Times Ten Design is a family-owned, high-end home staging company looking for a reliable, hardworking, and handy Mover / Driver & Installer to join our close-knit team. This is a physical, fast-paced position combining furniture moving, delivery, truck loading, driving, furniture assembly, art installation, and warehouse work. We're looking for someone who moves with urgency while taking exceptional care of our furniture, our clients' homes, and company vehicles. The right person is strong, efficient, organized, dependable, naturally handy, and a great team player. You should be comfortable doing physically demanding work while also having the attention to detail needed to work inside beautifully finished homes. Schedule, Hours & Compensation Starting pay is $24/hour during a 30-day introductory period, with an increase to $26/hour upon successful completion based on performance. Monday-Friday availability required between 8:30 AM-5:30 PM No weekends Approximately 25-40 hours per week, with most weeks closer to 40 hours Daily start and end times vary based on our staging schedule and workload Some days may be shorter, while busy days may require a full shift Our business is seasonal, and hours typically decrease during the winter and holiday season Applicants must have flexibility within our Monday-Friday operating hours, as a specific number of hours per week is not guaranteed. What You'll Do Load and unload sofas, tables, beds, chairs, artwork, rugs, accessories, and other home staging inventory Safely move heavy furniture in and out of homes, including navigating stairs and tight spaces Efficiently and strategically load box trucks to maximize space and keep inventory protected during transportation Drive company box trucks and other company vehicles to staging projects throughout the Denver metro area Protect furniture, walls, floors, doorways, and other surfaces while moving Assemble and disassemble beds, tables, shelving, and other furniture Hang artwork accurately, securely, and efficiently Measure, level, and install artwork and basic wall decor Confidently use drills, levels, tape measures, hand tools, and other basic tools Troubleshoot minor furniture and installation issues on site Make minor furniture adjustments and repairs when needed Assist our staging team during home installations and de-stages Pull, return, and organize inventory in our warehouse Keep trucks, tools, warehouse areas, and inventory clean and organized Work efficiently as a team to keep staging projects on schedule Who We're Looking For This role goes beyond traditional moving. We're looking for someone who is physically capable and comfortable assembling furniture, hanging artwork, using tools, and problem-solving on site.
