Job Description
Overview:
We are a family owned company, seeking dedicated Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving furniture and goods for our clients. Candidate must have reliable transportation and a Valid Drivers License required. 18+ and hard workers ONLY!Responsibilities:
- Ability to drive a 20-26ft non CDL box truck
- Load and unload furniture and items to and from trucks
- Safely transport items to designated locations
- Pack and unpack items as needed
- Perform heavy lifting duties while ensuring the safety of yourself and others
- Provide exceptional customer service during the moving process
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as dollies and hand trucks
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Follow established moving procedures to ensure efficiency
Skills:
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
- Proficient in loading and unloading techniques
- Capable of heavy lifting and moving large items
- Familiarity with courier or route driving is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients
