Flexible Hours | Competitive Pay | Opportunity for Full-Time Work We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our moving team serving customers from Islamorada to Key West . If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and helping people during an important time in their lives, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Load and unload household goods from U-Haul trucks, trailers, storage units, and PODS. Safely wrap, protect, and move furniture, appliances, and other belongings. Work as part of a team to provide customers with a professional, stress-free moving experience. Use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, lifting straps, furniture pads, and ramps. We provide all the equipment needed to make moving safer, easier, and more efficient. Safety is a top priority, and you'll have the tools necessary to do the job right. Looking for More Hours? In addition to moving jobs, qualified team members may also have the opportunity to work at our U-Haul neighborhood dealer location , where responsibilities may include: Moving and parking U-Haul trucks and trailers. Using handheld technology to check vehicles in and out. Assisting customers with truck and trailer rentals. Providing friendly customer service. This allows us to offer additional hours throughout the week, even when moving jobs are slower. What We're Looking For Reliable transportation and punctuality. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Good communication and customer service skills. Experience is helpful but not required —we're happy to train the right person.
