Duties Coordinate and schedule moving appointments with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of relocations Utilize transportation management systems and GPS tools to plan optimal routes and monitor fleet movements in real-time Manage freight details, including shipping & receiving documentation, to facilitate smooth cargo flow and inventory accuracy Communicate effectively with clients via phone etiquette and professional correspondence to provide updates and address inquiries Oversee dispatching operations using multi-line phone systems and Oracle Transportation Management software to assign tasks efficiently Track data entry related to shipments, schedules, and inventory using systems like SyteLine and AS400 for accurate record-keeping Collaborate with supply chain partners such as 3PL providers to coordinate logistics, freight movement, and delivery schedules Conduct analysis of transportation data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in logistics planning Maintain fleet management records, including vehicle maintenance schedules and driver logs Support shipping & receiving processes by ensuring proper handling of goods and documentation compliance Experience Proven experience in transportation management or logistics coordination within a fast-paced environment Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems), GPS technology, and transportation planning tools Strong understanding of supply chain processes, freight management, and shipping & receiving procedures Proficiency in transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management or equivalent platforms Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data related to freight movements, route optimization, and logistics performance Effective dispatching abilities utilizing multi-line phone systems and communication tools Knowledge of fleet management practices including vehicle tracking and maintenance scheduling Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members Ability to perform accurate data entry using systems like SyteLine or AS400 while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Moving Coordinator if you're eager to leverage your logistics expertise in a lively environment where every move counts!
