MOVING SPECIALIST / FIELD SUPERVISOR

All American Moving & Storage We're looking for a professional, dependable, detail-oriented Moving Specialist / Field Supervisor to join our team! This position goes far beyond simply moving boxes. Our primary focus is providing full white-glove moving services for our assisted living contract clients. You'll play an important role in helping seniors transition comfortably and confidently into their new homes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing packing and unpacking services Carefully handling and organizing clients' belongings Setting up the client's new residence so it feels comfortable and welcoming Making beds and arranging bedrooms Hanging and arranging décor and personal items Organizing kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and living spaces Helping recreate the client's home environment in their new unit Supervising moving crews and ensuring work is completed properly Communicating professionally and compassionately with clients, families, and assisted living staff Making sure every detail is completed before leaving the job Providing the exceptional white-glove service that All American Moving & Storage is known for

The Right Person:

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, compassionate, professional, and takes pride in their work. You should have excellent attention to detail and understand that for our clients, this isn't just a move — it's helping someone transition into a new chapter of their life. Moving, packing, unpacking, organizing, decorating, and customer service experience is a plus. Leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred. This is an active, hands-on position — not a desk job.
