Position Summary The Senior Transition Associate works directly with seniors and their families to organize, declutter, downsize, pack, unpack, and prepare homes for sale or transition. Every day is different, and every project provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life. This is a physically active position requiring compassion, attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
