Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman/Mover to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with moving services. The ideal candidate will be responsible and reliable, carry a positive attitude, are strong, have a strong commitment to customer service, have a valid and clean driving record, prior professional moving experience and the ability to operate and pack large box trucks. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Safely drive company vehicles to transport goods to various locations. Professionally protect customers furniture (tape, pad, seal, etc) Load and unload items from trucks or vans using appropriate equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks. Assist customers with packing, loading, and unloading their belongings during moves. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including route details and inventory counts. Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling materials. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years driving 26' box trucks is required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other team members. Physical capability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor as needed. Minimum of 3 years moving experience is required. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
