This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in keeping our warehouse running efficiently and ensuring orders are ready for next-day delivery. Key Responsibilities Pick, pull, and stage merchandise based on customer orders Prepare and organize orders for next-day delivery Load and unload furniture and incoming shipments, including containers Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers (training provided) Assist with loading delivery trucks and ensuring items are properly secured Support delivery team as needed, including unloading and placement of furniture Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse Follow all safety procedures and report any issues as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs regularly) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Schedule Full-time | May include weekends and overtime based on business needs To be considered, please complete this quick survey: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/4EBjoOxvprJ6mpsHh0cE About Harmony Luxury Furniture Harmony Luxury Furniture is a growing company focused on delivering high-quality products and a strong customer experience.
