Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' belongings are transported safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering items while providing excellent customer service throughout the moving process. Duties Safely load and unload items from trucks or vans, ensuring all belongings are handled with care. Assist with packing and unpacking items as needed during the moving process. Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of large or bulky items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment used during moves. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth moving experience. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job. Requirements Previous experience in moving, delivery driving, or commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory. Starting pay will reflect experience and other factors. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with route driving is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activity for extended periods. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if necessary.
