The company has developed strong momentum and an increasing number of scheduled moves. They are looking to build a reliable team of moving assistants who are interested in flexible, hourly work . This position is a great fit for someone looking for flexible, part-time, or as-needed work. While full-time hours are not currently guaranteed, our growing workload creates opportunities for additional hours and more consistent work as our schedule continues to expand. Responsibilities As a Moving Crew Member / Moving Assistant, you will help the moving team safely and efficiently complete residential and commercial moves.

Responsibilities may include:

Loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and other items Safely lifting, carrying, and moving furniture and household belongings Protecting furniture, walls, floors, doors, and other property Assisting with packing and organizing items when needed Working efficiently with other members of the moving crew Following instructions from the crew leader Providing professional and respectful customer service Keeping equipment and work areas organized Following company safety procedures Requirements We are looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, physically capable, and willing to work as part of a team.

Applicants must:

Have reliable transportation to and from job locations Be dependable and punctual Be able to lift and carry heavy items safely Be comfortable working on your feet and performing physical work for extended periods Have a positive and professional attitude Be able to follow instructions and work well with a team Be available for scheduled moves, which may include weekdays and/or weekends Be comfortable with flexible, hourly scheduling Work in and maintain a drug-free workplace Previous moving experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with experience in moving, delivery, warehouse work, construction, landscaping, or other physically demanding jobs are encouraged to apply.
