) This is a driving, furniture-moving and installation position. Must be able to drive a 26 ft truck, lift over 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions. Hours are as-needed and vary with the season (maybe 1 day a week, maybe 4 days a week). Workdays are estimated at 5-8 hours. Very similar to "gig" work. We try to schedule a week in advance, but last-minute jobs do pop up. If you do not have a moving/lifting position listed on your resume, your application may be denied.
Qualifications:
Possess a valid drivers license Owns a personal vehicle Ability to lift/carry 100lbs throughout a workday Experience in packing and moving Self-sufficient Good communication skills Hard-working Professional with clients Works well as a team 18 years or older Ability to work with a changing schedule Complete a background check
Responsibilities:
Provide a positive moving experience for our clients Safely pack furniture and decor, load/unload truck, and assist in hanging artwork Keep truck and warehouse organized and clean Safely drive a 20+ foot moving truck
