THE WORK
Contractors will complete scheduled residential deliveries and assembly/installation services that may include: Indoor and outdoor furniture Fitness and gym equipment File cabinets and office furniture Swing sets and play equipment Gazebos and outdoor structures Other consumer products requiring assembly or installation This is not simply a driving position. Contractors must be comfortable reading manufacturer instructions, identifying hardware and components, using hand and power tools, assembling products correctly, and providing professional service inside customers' homes.
DRIVER / LEAD CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a reliable helper already secured prior to starting Helper must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license Current vehicle registration No major traffic violations within the past 3 years Must successfully complete required background check and drug screening Previous handyman, furniture assembly, installation, construction, delivery, or similar mechanical experience required Must provide your own tools and equipment Must be able to read and follow detailed assembly instructions Must be physically capable of handling furniture, equipment, and other large/heavy products Must be professional, organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
Contractors should have their own suitable delivery vehicle.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
Operations run: Monday - Saturday Up to 12 hours of operating availability per day Contractors must be able to properly manage their assigned workload, communicate with customers, schedule stops efficiently, and arrive within scheduled appointment windows. Reliability and communication are extremely important. Contractors are expected to maintain professional communication regarding scheduling, delays, job completion, and customer concerns.

YOUR PRODUCTION. YOUR EARNINGS.
Contractor Teams receive 60% of the final approved service revenue generated from work orders successfully completed by their team. There is no earnings cap. Contractors have access to available work opportunities and may review applicable job information and rates before selecting and scheduling available work. The more approved work your team successfully completes, the more your team earns. Contractor Team compensation includes compensation for both the Lead Contractor and Helper. The Lead Contractor is responsible for compensating their Helper.
Pay:
