Duties Carefully pack household or commercial items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Load and unload items from trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper placement Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual tools to move heavy or bulky items efficiently Assist with route driving as needed, including delivery driver responsibilities for local moves or deliveries Collaborate with team members to organize inventory and ensure all items are accounted for during loading and unloading Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the moving process and addressing any concerns professionally Skills Experience in warehouse operations, moving, or packing environments is highly desirable Strong ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly while maintaining proper technique Familiarity with commercial driving, including box trucks or drivers, is a plus Knowledge of route driving and delivery driver experience enhances your versatility in this role Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients during stressful situations Physical stamina and agility to perform manual lifting, packing, and moving tasks throughout the day This role is ideal for proactive individuals eager to contribute to a team that values efficiency, safety, and exceptional service.
