What You'll Do Depending on the job, your responsibilities may include: Loading and unloading box trucks Moving furniture, appliances, boxes, pallets, and equipment Safely lifting and carrying heavy items Using dollies, straps, ramps, and other moving equipment Wrapping and protecting furniture and customer belongings Loading trucks efficiently and securely Assisting with residential and commercial moves Helping with heavy lifting and difficult items Maintaining a clean and organized work area Providing professional customer service Working with other movers and logistics personnel How Payment Works This position is paid per completed job/move rather than by the hour. Before accepting a job, you will be provided with the job details and the compensation offered for that specific move. Job compensation may vary depending on factors such as: Size of the move Number and type of items Amount of labor required Distance/location Stairs and difficult access Heavy or specialty items Number of movers needed Overall job requirements You will know the offered compensation and job requirements before agreeing to take the job.
