Responsibilities Lead and coordinate moving crews during residential or commercial moves, ensuring tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently Oversee the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of furniture and equipment using tools like dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, and box trucks with manual transmissions Ensure proper handling of items through heavy lifting techniques while prioritizing safety protocols for team members and clients Manage route driving responsibilities, including planning efficient routes for delivery or pickup schedules Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally and courteously Assist with warehouse tasks such as loading/unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and maintaining equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Train new team members on safety procedures, proper lifting techniques, equipment operation, and customer interaction standards Qualifications Prior experience in moving services or warehouse environments preferred; familiarity with heavy lifting and manual handling required Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience; proficiency operating box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmissions Experience with delivery driving, route planning, load & unload procedures, and courier services highly desirable Knowledge of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus but not required Strong customer service skills to ensure positive client interactions during stressful situations Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day while maintaining safety standards Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Join us to lead a dedicated crew delivering exceptional moving experiences!
