Position Summary The Content Specialist is responsible for handling, inventorying, and restoring customer belongings during water, fire, smoke, or biohazard projects. This role ensures that personal property is carefully packed, documented, cleaned, stored, and returned to clients in a professional and organized manner. The Content Specialist maintains detailed inventory records, photographs, and labeling to support accurate tracking and insurance documentation. Key Responsibilities Pack, label, and inventory customer belongings during mitigation and restoration projects. Photograph items and maintain detailed records for insurance documentation and tracking. Safely transport and store contents in company vehicles or storage facilities. Assist in cleaning and restoring salvageable belongings using company-approved methods. Coordinate pack-back and delivery of items once restoration is complete. Ensure chain-of-custody and accountability for all contents removed from job sites. Communicate with customers regarding their belongings with care, professionalism, and empathy. Maintain storage areas in an organized and secure manner. Support the mitigation and restoration team as needed with site cleanup or light labor. Follow all company safety policies, including PPE use and hazard communication. Qualifications Previous experience in contents handling, inventory, moving, or restoration preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor. Comfortable using tablets, phones, or basic software for photo and inventory documentation. Professional and empathetic communication with customers. Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred. Work Environment Field-based role with time split between job sites, storage facilities, and company warehouse. Requires lifting, carrying, and handling of a variety of items. Exposure to water, smoke, and other environmental hazards with required PPE provided. Reports directly to the Contents Manager. Schedule 7:30a-5p M-F with OT and some weekends

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
