Overview Little Man Logistics LLC is hiring dependable Furniture & Appliance Delivery Helpers / Movers for local final-mile delivery routes. We already have experienced appliance delivery drivers/installers. We are specifically looking for helpers with moving experience who can safely move furniture, appliances, and other heavy household items while protecting customers' homes. If you have worked for a moving company, furniture delivery company, appliance delivery company, or final-mile delivery operation, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Work alongside an experienced delivery driver/installer Assist with approximately 15-30 delivery stops per day , depending on route volume and item type Load and unload furniture, appliances, and household items Safely move refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, microwaves, furniture, and other large items Use appliance dollies, hand trucks, straps, and moving blankets Safely maneuver items through doorways, hallways, elevators, stairs, and tight spaces Protect customers' floors, walls, doors, and property from damage Assist the lead driver during appliance installation and setup Inspect merchandise for visible damage Take required photos and help document product or property damage Remove packaging/debris when required Maintain a professional attitude inside customers' homes Help keep the truck and delivery equipment clean and organized Work efficiently while maintaining safe handling practices Qualifications Professional moving experience strongly preferred Furniture, appliance, residential moving, or final-mile experience is a plus Must be physically capable of repeatedly moving heavy items with a teammate Experience using dollies, straps, hand trucks, and moving blankets preferred Must be comfortable working inside customers' homes Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be comfortable working approximately 8-10 hour shifts Must be able to maintain a fast and safe pace on routes with varying delivery volume Smartphone use for photos/documentation required

We're Looking For Someone With Experience In:

Residential moving Furniture moving/delivery Appliance delivery Final-mile delivery White-glove delivery Heavy-item delivery No appliance installation experience is required for the helper position. You will work alongside an experienced lead driver/installer. A driver's license is a plus but is NOT required for the helper position.

Damage Prevention Is Extremely Important Pay:

$125.00 - $200.00 per day
