Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking reliable and hardworking Event Crew Members to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on event setup, teardown, and logistics. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment. This position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week , with opportunities for additional hours during busy seasons. Most shifts occur on weekends (day and night) , with some weekday and early-morning assignments as needed. Responsibilities Load, transport, and unload rental equipment, furniture, linens, and décor Assist with event setup and teardown according to client specifications Safely drive company trucks, vans, and trailers to event sites (for qualified drivers) Maintain equipment in clean and presentable condition Work closely with team members to meet tight timelines and high client expectations Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients and venue staff Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license preferred (CDL not required, but ability to drive box trucks is a plus) Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly Flexible availability: weekends, evenings, and occasional early mornings required Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Steady hours with a guaranteed weekly minimum (20+ hours) Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtime Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding event company A positive, team-oriented work culture where your contributions matter
