Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer specializing in cleanouts and moving services to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment, assisting with various labor-intensive tasks including debris removal, property cleanouts, and moving assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to adapt to diverse project needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction-related activities while supporting our clients' needs efficiently and professionally. Duties Assist with debris removal, trash hauling, and site cleanouts to prepare properties for renovation or sale Support moving operations by loading, unloading, and transporting furniture and equipment safely Use hand tools and power tools to dismantle fixtures, clear obstructions, or prepare surfaces for renovation Help with basic building material handling, including lifting, carrying, and organizing supplies on-site Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper equipment use Support other construction-related tasks such as window installation, door hanging, or minor carpentry as needed Follow detailed instructions from supervisors based on construction plans and project specifications Qualifications Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or general labor preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures on construction sites Ability to interpret basic technical drawings or blueprints is a plus Outdoor work experience and comfort working in various weather conditions Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand for extended periods Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and construction site safety Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards completing tasks efficiently Join us if you're ready to build your skills in construction while helping create safe, clean, and functional spaces!
