Overview We are seeking energetic and reliable Packer/Mover/Driver team members to join our dedicated moving crew. This role involves packing, loading, transporting, and unloading belongings with care, while adhering to safety and traffic regulations. Willing to train the right person. Duties Safely load and unload client belongings using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as carts & dollies. Operate box trucks and Vans for local moves, ensuring compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws or willingness to learn. Assist with packing, organizing, and preparing items for transport in a careful and efficient manner Drive truck to designated locations, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols Use mobile devices for route navigation, communication, and documentation of deliveries or moves Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Load and unload items onto trucks or moving carts while maintaining proper weight handling procedures Experience Previous packing experience or moving experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Driving experience with a valid driver's license; experience operating box trucks or commercial trucks is a plus Delivery driver experience involving route driving and customer interaction is highly valued Familiarity with warehouse operations, material handling equipment operation such as carts, dollies and heavy lifting techniques Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and weight handling in the workplace or ability to learn them.
